Tincture coffee beans: a classic recipe

Roasted coffee beans and kernels of walnut, pour into a glass jar.
Add cinnamon, honey, juice of one lemon along with the chopped zest, pour all alcoholic ingredients.
The container with the contents tightly and place in a cool dark place for a month, shaking it twice a day.
To determine the readiness of drink to drink is easy: the coffee beans will sink to the bottom of the jar, usually about a month.
Ready infusion should strain through cheesecloth and pour into small bottles. If you stand drink for another couple of weeks, it will become more rich and pleasant taste.
